1. When was the firm founded? 

Bryant Rabbino LLP is a boutique law firm comprised of seasoned, diverse practitioners who represent sophisticated clients on complex matters.  The Firm was founded in January 1, 2009. 

2. Who are the founding shareholders? 

Seth Bryant is the Founder and Managing Partner of the Firm.

3. What are the firm’s significant areas of practice?

Their practice areas consist of general corporate, capital markets and finance, M&A, real estate, asset management and investment funds, intellectual property, tax and ERISA. They also have capabilities in bankruptcy and restructuring, workouts, financial institutions, securities enforcement and compliance, internal investigations, and municipal finance and political law.

4. How did your firm come to know NAMWOLF? Why did you join?

Seth Bryant became aware of NAMWOLF around the time of the organization's founding through his work on diversity and inclusion matters.

5. Why is diversity important to your firm?

 The Firm exists to provide a cost effective, high quality alternative to large law firms. Given historical barriers impacting women and minorities, we also exist to demonstrate that diverse firms and diverse attorneys have a place in the legal market.  We believe that diversity helps to create broader perspectives which are helpful in problem solving. We believe that our diversity helps us to be more effective.

6. What has been your involvement with NAMWOLF? For how long?

Bryant Rabbino joined NAMWOLF in November 2014. We attended the business meeting in San Antonio in February 2015 and we have joined various committees including the Transactional PAC and the White Collar and Financial Services PAC.
