Lisa Bell is a seasoned and experienced litigator. She is a trial lawyer who manages complex litigation for corporate clients. She also advises and counsels business clients in contract disputes, regulatory and compliance matters, as well as labor and employment issues. Her practice includes jury and bench trials in local and federal courts as well as administrative forums.
Ms. Bell also maintains a substantive regulatory and compliance practice that consists of, in part, employment matters. Ms. Bell is a former member of the Business, Employment, General Litigation & Trial Practice Groups at Jackson & Campbell, P.C., in Washington, D.C. Her prior law firm experience includes four years with a boutique litigation firm, Venable, LLP. and more than a decade with the D.C. Office of the Attorney General.
She is a NITA certified litigator, and teaches courses on employment law, zoning and government contract-related issues. In 2014, she was named one of 100 of the Nation's Top Black Lawyers from the National Black Lawyers Assn.
