  Lisa Lawson is a co-founding partner of Pennington Lawson with over 20 years of experience litigating high-stakes employment-related cases and advising California employers and executives. Ms. Lawson represents companies and executives in state and federal employment litigation, including class actions, as well as arbitrations, administrative claims, and mediations. She provides advice and counsel on all aspects of state and federal employment law, including wrongful termination, discrimination and harassment, retaliation, employee movement, trade secrets, disability law, leaves of absence, employee privacy, and wage-and-hour issues.

Ms. Lawson has served on the Executive Committee of the California State Bar’s Labor and Employment Law Section.
