Michelle Robertson is an Associate in the firm’s Tampa office. She received her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law and an M.B.A. from Stetson University College of Business. While at Stetson, she was a member of the Maritime Law Society.
Ms. Robertson began her legal career as a trial attorney with the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, Protective Services Section, where she represented the Department of Child Safety and litigated dependency and termination of parental rights cases. Prior to that, she clerked with civil litigation law firms in Tampa, FL and Tucson, AZ, in the areas of insurance coverage litigation, business litigation and personal injury litigation. She has also served as a volunteer lawyer with the Community Law Program in Saint Petersburg, FL, and with the Volunteer Lawyer Program in Tucson, AZ.
Ms. Robertson is admitted to practice in Florida and Arizona. She is conversational in Portuguese.
