Cynthia M. Dennen earned her law degree from the Florida State University College of Law in 1990. She received a Bachelor of Arts with high honors from the University of South Florida in 1986. For the past 23 years, Ms. Dennen has defended individuals and entities involved in civil litigation throughout the State of Florida. In the process, Ms. Dennen has represented insurance carriers, manufacturers, distributors, property owners, business owners, health care providers, contractors, condominium associations, homeowners, and drivers. She has litigated a vast array of liability claims, including claims for catastrophic injuries and wrongful death.
Ms. Dennen’s practice encompasses all aspects of civil defense from the early investigation stages through trial and appeal, if necessary. She places a premium on early evaluation and the elimination of surprises. Ms. Dennen’s pre-suit involvement often arises in situations involving questions of bad faith or high exposure to the insured.
