Gayle E. Sarju is an Associate in the firm’s Miami office. Ms. Sarju was born and raised in both St. Ann and Kingston, Jamaica. Before Ms. Sarju began working with Hamilton, Miller & Birthisel, LLP, she began as a Paralegal for the firm. Ms. Sarju has focused her practice on insurance defense.
Ms. Sarju earned her Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Ann Abor, MI, and her B.A. in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL. During law school, Ms. Sarju was a Judicial Intern for Judge Charles Pope of the 14A and 14B District Court in Ypsilanti, MI as well as a Legal Intern for the State Appellate Defenders Office (SADO) in Detroit, MI. Ms. Sarju was a Board Member of the Thomas M. Cooley Journal of Practical and Clinical Law. Ms. Sarju participated in the Thomas M. Cooley Immigrant Rights and Civil Advocacy Clinic.
Ms. Sarju is a member of the Florida Bar.
