Hector V. Ramirez is a partner in the firm’s Miami office. Mr. Ramirez was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, and was raised in New York City. Mr. Ramirez has spent his entire career focusing on litigation, including commercial litigation, medical and professional malpractice defense, personal injury defense, property and casualty, landlord/tenant disputes, breach of contract, mortgage foreclosures, complex business disputes, admiralty and maritime claims, products liability, and mass torts. He also represents major banks and other vessel financiers in vessel foreclosure actions.
Mr. Ramirez represents major cruise lines, lending institutions, hotels, physicians and medical providers, product manufacturers and distributors, international businesses, transportation companies, underwriters, including major marine domestic and international underwriters in state and federal court. He is fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
