Michael C. Larmoyeux is an Associate in the firm’s Miami office. Mr. Larmoyeux began his legal career as a judicial intern to the Honorable Spencer Eig, State of Florida 11th Judicial Circuit. He clerked at a Miami insurance defense firm prior to joining Hamilton, Miller & Birthisel as a law clerk in May 2012. He became an associate with the firm upon his admission to the Florida Bar in 2013. Mr. Larmoyeux focuses his practice on personal injury defense including cases involving claims of personal injury from automobile accidents, slip and falls, negligent security, wrongful death, medical malpractice, insurance coverage issues, third party administration malpractice, fraud/special investigation claims and product liability.
Mr. Larmoyeux gained valuable experience prior to law school as a competitive swimmer, including competing in the 2008 United States Olympic Trials. He frequently participates in community service such as the Relay for Life to fight cancer.
