RICHARD G. LYONS received his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, cum laude, as well as his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, cum laude, from Worcester State University. Mr. Lyons went on to receive a Masters in Criminal Justice, cum laude from Boston University where he concentrated in White Collar Crime and Administration. Mr. Lyons received his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was a merit scholar. While at Seton Hall University School of Law, Mr. Lyons was a member of the Seton Hall Law Mock Trial team and participated in the Alternative Dispute Resolution Program. Mr. Lyons is awaiting admission to the bars of the State of New Jersey and the State of New York. Mr. Lyons joined the Firm in 2013 as a summer associate. Since joining, Mr. Lyons’s practice concentrates in the areas of commercial transactions, commercial real estate, corporate dealings, and health care. Mr. Lyons’s corporate and transactional focus has included private transactions ranging from commercial real estate purchase, commercial leasing, stock purchase and transfer, company and entity formation and dissolution, asset purchases, consulting agreements, and general contract drafting and negotiations. Mr. Lyons’s health care experience has included the drafting and negotiation of consulting agreements, health care agreements and transactions, research and clinical agreements, and general health care guidance relating to pharmaceutical and medical device industries.
