John Arrastia focuses his practice on domestic and international litigation, arbitrations, and appeals, with a focus on business, commercial disputes, and first party insurance disputes of every nature. His representations have ranged from Fortune 50 companies to small businesses. Prior to establishing this firm, John was an attorney and partner with large national and regional law firms. John is fluent in Spanish.
GENERAL EXPERIENCE John's practice encompasses all aspects of counseling and representing clients in a broad spectrum of complex business-related disputes in a broad array of industries. This includes domestic and international contractual and quasi-contractual relationships, executive employment, statutory claims, business torts, company governance and internal disputes, insolvency, fraud, deceptive practices, intellectual property, and governmental regulation. In addition to representing clients as an advocate, he serves as an Arbitrator in domestic and international disputes, having arbitrated more than 300 disputes in his career. John has also served as a court-appointed fiduciary in state and federal matters.
