Emily Fox represents private and public employers, large and small, in all aspects of labor and employment litigation. This includes suits for discrimination, failure to accommodate, defamation, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour, violation of leave laws and other matters. She also counsels clients on day-to-day employment matters and advises employers on the latest developments in workplace law.
In addition to litigating and providing clients with employment-related guidance as needed, Ms. Fox trains human resource professionals and management on most aspects of employment law. And she conducts wage and hour audits to ensure employers are appropriately following California and federal employment laws.
