Karen Haubrich is Senior Counsel with the firm's Employment Law Practice. She has nearly 20 years of experience advising employers on labor and employment matters, training managers on a variety of employment issues, investigating employment and discrimination claims, and handling employment cases in federal and state courts, union arbitrations, administrative hearings, and mediation venues. Ms. Haubrich was previously Senior Counsel, Labor for AT&T, where she was responsible for employment and labor related advice and litigation in San Diego, Orange, Riverside and Imperial Counties. She also ran training sessions on a variety of labor/employment subjects for managers and departments and was a Member of the Violence in the Workplace Task Force.
Ms. Haubrich is a lifetime member of Girl Scouts and continues to support that organization as a member of the San Diego Girl Scout Council's High Adventure team and as a volunteer Outdoor Skill trainer. Ms. Haubrich supports other youth community service opportunities through 4-H and a local soccer club.
