Our lawyers share common values of responsiveness, expertise and diligence with our clients. We are experienced in a broad range of distinct, though complementary practices, through which we can offer a large spectrum of legal services to our clients.
In addition, our attorneys have spent time working in the business world, either in a corporate setting or as business owners, which translates into value for our clients:
- We can provide guidance on the obligations or responsibilities under your franchise agreement. - On real estate matters (investment, development, financing, etc.), we know the “ins” and “outs,” - When you have employment related issues, we can manage the potential liabilities.
As a firm, we like to walk along side our clients in more of an advisory role; we try to understand how you feel; we try to grasp your concerns; and we put that information together to set up strategies suited for your individual situation. Our depth of business experience is a valuable asset for our clients and enhances the quality of work we deliver.
- Provide experienced counsel to companies in the US and abroad. - When the need arises to structure cross-border business ventures and obtain financing for ventures, we have the know-how and the connections to get it done.
