The firm is a woman-owned professional corporation (Certified WBENC) founded in January 2010 by several attorneys from a national law firm. The firm’s Managing Partner, Meghan Martinez, has practiced employment law counseling and litigation for 18 years. She has extensive trial and arbitration experience. She frequently litigates cases involving trade secrets, non-compete covenants, wages claims, and allegations of discrimination and retaliation.
The firm is only a half dozen attorneys, but it is small by design. Our matters are staffed sufficiently, but leanly. Although most arrangements are based on some form of the hourly-rate model, the firm’s attorneys have the ability to work with different types of rate structures. They work on numerous cases that are provided from referrals (including opposing counsel), or past clients.
