Will Delgado comes to the Willenken Firm after having obtained an electrical engineering degree from the University of Oklahoma, a JD (magna cum laude) from NYU School of Law, and practicing with the firm Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP. His practice focuses on intellectual property litigation, class actions, and general commercial litigation for technology companies. He has handled a variety of cases including those involving claims of patent infringement, trademark infringement, copyright infringement, breach of fiduciary duty, trade secret misappropriation, class action, breach of contract, and fraud.
Will has been counsel in over 20 UDRP proceedings and over 50 federal lawsuits across the country, including in the states of California, Nevada, New York, Michigan, Colorado, and Florida. As a result of his experience in IP litigation, he has been repeatedly asked to speak at various conferences and has lectured on domain name litigation. He is also handling various class action cases on behalf of Fortune 500 companies, including Microsoft and Ticketmaster. Will is originally from Miami, Florida and his fluency in Spanish has led to his repeated representation of companies hailing from Latin America and Spain. He is also a Commissioner on the LAPD Police Permit Review Panel for the City of Los Angeles.
