Jason H. Wilson is a seasoned trial lawyer who focuses his practice on commercial and intellectual property matters for large companies. Jason's extensive commercial litigation experience includes litigating breach of contract, complex class actions, environmental remediation, unfair competition claims, real estate, lender liability, securities, and business tort claims. Jason’s intellectual property litigation experience includes extensive litigation of trade secret, trademark, copyright and patent matters.
At the Willenken Firm, Jason currently represents or has represented many different major corporations, including Motorola, Walgreens, Starbucks, Hilton Hotels, Southern California Edison, Southern California Gas Company, Shell Oil Company, and Key Bank Corporation.
Jason is a frequent speaker on intellectual property issues. His numerous speeches include talks before the Intellectual Property Section of the California State Bar, the Copyright, Trademark and Patent Section of the Colorado State Bar, the Intellectual Property Section of Utah State Bar, and the Arizona chapter of the American Corporate Counsel Association. From 2002 to 2006, Jason was a member of the Executive Committee of the IP Section of the California State Bar. Jason has been a member of the Copyright Society of the United States since 1996.
Jason has extensive civil trial experience. He has tried numerous commercial and intellectual property matters. In addition, Jason has handled numerous appellate matters in his career.
Jason is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has been a Super Lawyer in business litigation in the Southern California edition of Super Lawyers by the Law and Politics Magazine since 2006.
Jason’s interests include travel, history and baseball. Jason was a successful contestant on two TV trivia game shows. Jason and his wife have one daughter.
