Our partners have well over 400 completed jury trials as well as extensive appellate experience resulting in numerous landmark decisions in Florida. The firm and its partners are “AV” rated by Martindale-Hubbell and collectively have over 75 years of trial experience in all state and federal courts of the entire southern portion of Florida from Orlando and Tampa to Key West. We practice in the state and federal courts of Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties as well as Monroe County and Florida Keys with Collier and Lee counties serving Naples and Ft. Myers. We also appear in all of Florida’s appellate courts and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Frank Labrador serves as managing member of the firm, and practices from its Coral Gables office. Mr. Labrador maintains an active trial practice in the areas of complex litigation and products liability, in addition to handling high exposure premises and auto liability cases involving catastrophic injuries and wrongful death. Mr. Labrador was born in Miami, and obtained a B.A. degree in political science from William Paterson University and law degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law. In addition to membership in the Florida Bar Association, he is an active member of the Miami-Dade County Bar Association, American Association for Justice (formerly Association of Trial Lawyers of America), the Cuban-American Bar Association, Hispanic National Bar Association, and is a sustaining member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
