Linda Wong is the CEO and founding Partner of Wong Fleming, P.C., a national firm with over 40 lawyers. Ms. Wong concentrates her practice on commercial and employment law, litigation, bankruptcy, insurance defense, business contracts, and real estate matters. In 2005, Ms. Wong was the recipient of the Trailblazer Award from the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association and was named one of the Top 50 Minority Lawyers in New Jersey by the New Jersey Law Journal. Before her private practice, Ms. Wong served as Assistant Director of the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights from 1990 to 1994. Ms. Wong has extensive litigation experience in the United States District Courts, the state courts of New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, as well as various administrative courts. She is a frequent presenter on trial strategies for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (ICLE), ATLA and other national bar associations
