As Founding Member of Patrick Law Group, Lizz Patrick’s practice is centered on transactional and commercial contracting, including procurement, supply chain, logistics, outsourcing, technology and telecommunications, promotional marketing, social media, and construction and development. Ms. Patrick’s experience ranges from drafting and negotiating the agreements required for complex development and construction projects to a wide range of commercial contracts such as capital/material equipment procurement, professional services, master supply, design, engineering, construction development, global sourcing, logistics and fulfillment.

Leveraging her experience in the business world, along with her transactional experience and her dispute resolution background, Ms. Patrick has assisted a number of Clients with developing standardized contracts for operational use and support, along with providing specific and tailored in-house training and procedures for the use of those forms. LOGISTICS AND OUTSOURCING: 7-Year Third Party Logistics (3PL) and Outsourcing Agreement valued at $140 million, with least four (4) warehousing facilities across the United States for receiving, storage, picking, order fulfillment, kitting, inventory management and shipping of product across the country, with complex information systems and interfacing between the parties’ technology and physical locations.
Prepared and negotiated Engineering, Procurement and Installation Agreements for the design, manufacture, installation, testing, maintenance and operation of material handling equipment, software, hardware and systems in numerous facilities across the United States, Brazil and Columbia.

Designed sweepstakes that allow consumers to enter by sending text messages via their mobile phones. Structured the promotions to avoid the lawsuits that have recently plagued other companies that have offered text-to-win sweepstakes.
