At The Axelrod Firm, we get to know our clients -- who they are, their goals, their concerns, and their interests. We listen to what they want and work together at the beginning of our engagement to develop a strategy aimed at achieving the best results. Every step we take thereafter is designed to effectuate that strategy, and is done in consultation with our clients. Throughout the process, we demonstrate our commitment to our clients' success. That is why our clients are our best source of repeat business.
The Axelrod Firm is certified as a woman-owned business by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).
Also, The Axelrod Firm is a member of NAMWOLF, the National Association of Minority and Women Owned Law Firms. It is no small feat to become a NAMWOLF member. NAMWOLF members are the premier approximately 115 minority and women-owned law firms in the country. Only five women-owned law firms in Pennsylvania passed NAMWOLF's rigorous screening selection process and are now members. The Axelrod Firm is one of those five.
Every law firm seeking to become a NAMWOLF member must have a minimum of three Fortune 500 companies or their equivalently large major non-profit or governmental counterparts as clients in addition to being certified as woman or minority-owned. Also, the attorneys practicing at the firm must receive, on average, an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating offered by this nationally recognized leader in the attorney rating industry. On top of that, each firm must receive unqualified praise from a minimum of three clients, and carry a minimum of $2 million in insurance. The complete membership criteria are available on NAMWOLF's website.

Prior to founding The Axelrod Firm, she worked at Blank Rome, one of the largest and most prestigious law firms in the country, handling some of the biggest and most complex of cases. One of her civil court trials, a David versus Goliath commercial defense victory, was published in "Pennsylvania Jury Verdict Review & Analysis," which catalogs the most significant verdicts in the state. Two of her briefs have been published. She is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell®, the highest rating awarded by this nationally recognized leader in lawyer ratings.
She graduated from Brandeis with honors with a degree in Economics in 1990. She then attended Temple Law School where she was the winner of the 1992 Samuel J. Polsky Moot Court Competition. After obtaining her law degree in 1993, she clerked for the Honorable Sandra Mazer Moss, a distinguished and award winning jurist on the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia, before practicing law at Blank Rome.
She is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey’s state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels, and has been admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States. She is fluent in Spanish.
